Mike Ivie

Charlotte, NC resident Mike Ivie opened Kwik Cash For Homes in 1988 as a means for area residents to secure quality housing and home repairs at reasonable rates. Ivie initially began the company as a home renovation service providing reliable remodeling services to Charlotte area homeowners. Later, Ivie began purchasing distressed area properties and turning them into homes of distinction using the knowledge he had gained as a hands on tradesman. Using that knowledge, as well as that of a select group of other area craftsman, Ivie began acquiring rundown homes, remodeling them, and then offering them for sale at fair market prices.

In recent years, Ivie has expanded Kwik Cash For Homes services to include Rental Properties, Commercial and Wholesale Properties, Real Estate Investment Coaching and various Mortgage Lending Programs.

Active in multiple youth and church related community programs over the years, Ivie enjoys various sports and family activities in his spare time.

Aaron Guido

Aaron Guido, an Ohio native, has resided in the Charlotte area for more than 10 years. A managing partner of Kwik Cash For Homes, Guido currently lives in a house he personally rehabbed in the North Davidson (NoDa) area of Charlotte.

Guido, who attended the University of North Carolina Charlotte, has more than four years of real estate investment experience and has several single- and multi-family investment properties in his personal real estate portfolio.

Guido also oversees the Property Management Department for Kwik Cash For Homes.

Julie Billarant

Julie was born in Paris, France but relocated to Charlotte, NC as a child and has lived here ever since. She has been able to watch Charlotte evolve into the amazing city that it has become. Having been interested in Real Estate for years, Julie decided to get her Real Estate License. She has since become licensed in North Carolina, as well as South  Carolina. Julie took on an assistant job for a few years in the field so she could get more experience which then lead to her becoming a Buyer's Agent.
Julie decided to take some time off from the selling aspect of Real Estate and has since joined our team here at City View Capital, LLC as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator so that she could better experience herself in all of the different levels that Real Estate can involve.
