The size and scope of projects have a large range and so it can accomodate various investment budgets. We have worked hard and built a very solid reputation in Charlotte, therefore, we constantly have developers contacting us about participating in development opportunities. We investigate these opportunities using our own due diligence to see which Investments we feel would be solid investments and these are what we present to clients for an opportunity to invest.

The smallest amount of investment is $25,000. There is no upper end amount of investment, that is only limited by the scope of the Investment Opportunities which are available at the time to our investors.
